If you are late with the payment, the disruptions on the business operations could be too much.

Take time reading the tutorials in Auto Forward Spy or PhoneSheriff and apply everything in the app. For example, instead of just tracking the phone calls and text messages, why not use the tracker to check on employee punctuality using GPS or iPhone spy cam. Make sure to explore all the features and apply them appropriately and within the legal framework.

The success of the app security is dependent on you: As the app administrator, you must ensure that everything is secured from unauthorized access. While the app developer focuses on the higher level of protection, you have to play your part at the lower level. This involves protecting the account from unauthorized at all times and only running it on designated computers. After some time, you should change all the passwords to reduce the chances of a hacker cracking the current passwords.

Compare the apps with others and make a suggestion for changes: Because you are a consumer of the app, any effort to bring improvement should be welcome. Therefore, do not hesitate to review other real spy apps and make a suggestion for improvements. If the developer improves on the app, you will benefit others too. Besides, such comparative reviews are also useful for negotiating better terms and reduced costs.

Carry regular assessments: Every application in a business should be reviewed from time to time to gauge its success. In mobile spy app world, your business should set special benchmarks for assessment. The status of the business should be compared with the period just before the app was introduced. This can be reviewed in terms or personal, department, and entire institution productivity.

To get all the benefits of monitoring apps, you have to get the best in the market, have it updated as regularly as possible be extra careful with unauthorized access. You should always be looking for areas of improvement and suggest them to your app provider for improved performance.

The Legal Side Of Employee Monitoring That You Should Know

Many businesses have started to adopt employee monitoring apps to keep administrative costs low, improve efficiency, and individual productivity. Whether you are a new manager and want to start using the apps or have applied them for some time, here is the legal side of the apps that you should know.

There are no federal laws prohibiting staff monitoring

Today, there are no federal laws that prohibit employers from monitoring their staff. Some human resources experts even argue that there is “right to privacy” for employees at work. However, companies that have contracts with federal administrations or public company have some monitoring rights restricted.
Though there are no fed laws on employees monitoring, individual states have passed legislations on employee monitoring. Before you can start monitoring the company's workers, it is important to consult the state laws and ensure to operate within the legal framework.

Monitoring computer activities

If you want to monitor something from staff such as emails, applications, or web surfing among others, the law allows it. Courts have in the past found that employers can rightfully read workers messages and emails. The only thing you require is a valid reason. Many employers use spyapps such as home tracking software so that they can gather specific information.
You can also monitor the staff on the network to establish what they are doing and whether the resources are being used well. However, if the staff will be coming to work and use their personal phones and tablets, you will need to create a legal entry point to allow monitoring. A good way to do this is developing a policy that indicates the personal computers will be subject to monitoring just the corporate computers.

Phone calls

If the employee is using a business-owned phone, the employer can listen to conversations taking place. However, you are only required to monitor calls if they are meant for quality control management. For example, you can listen to calls to establish whether clients are getting the right assistance or know if they are handled professionally. Note that even if the federal laws do not say anything about call monitoring, some states have instituted major restrictions. For example, California requires employers to install a beep on employee phones to signal the start of monitoring. Besides, the employer is required to hang up immediately if he/she realizes that the call was personal.

Location tracking

Whether you are using iPhone monitoring apps or direct GPS, the Federal laws are silent. To be on the safe side when tracking location, consider the following.
·       Make sure to provide tracking equipment such as phones. The expectations of privacy when the company owns the tracking devices are lower.
·       Ensure it is well included in the business operational policy. The policy covers staff consent because workers are required to have read and agreed to all the terms. In addition to this, it is a great idea to remind your staff that their location is always under watch when on duty.
·       Avoid non-business monitoring. Using the iphone5 apps to spy staff makes it possible even to follow them when they are not on duty. Such monitoring will be considered an infringement on personal privacy and the staff can sue.

Knowing the legal side of using monitoring apps is very important to stay on the right side of the law and avoid unnecessary legal suits by staff and labor organizations. Remember that you can only succeed in monitoring staff by selecting the right spy applications and easily installing them appropriately. Make sure to read through reviews, check for clients feedbacks and cost implications.

Twitter Tackles Cyberbullies

CEO Jack Dorsey is tired of bullies. Cyberbullies that is. And he’s tired of them ruining the company he oversees: Twitter. That’s why he’s made blocking online harassers one of his major priorities this year.

It’s not just an issue of stopping meanies. Cyberbullying doesn’t just make people feel oppressed and unsafe, it clogs up the websites and turns off potential buyers of said sites. So, in order to thwart online troublemakers, Twitter is upgrading its mute feature. Soon, it will be easier for users to ignore haters, because the company is giving regular users the ability to mute negative notifications, words, and phrases.

But that’s not all!

Twitter is also empowering users with the ability to directly report those who violate the site’s policies with upgraded tools. These tools will also make it easier for the company to process complaints about the problems quicker, and help put an end to them faster.

To prove just how serious Twitter is about the issue, the company is retraining their entire support team in addition to the upgrades. Del Harvey, the company’s vice president of trust and safety, stated, “We've been doubling down on this since the end of last year. It’s a real priority for Jack and the company as a whole.”

This is great news for all users—not just those who have been personally persecuted online. How much of a success the endeavor will be, however, remains to be seen. The world is filled with haters, trolls, and bullies. There’s only so much a company can do before those bent on hurting people find another way to do so. That’s why it’s important that you as a parent do everything that you can in order to protect your kids from cyberbullies.

Cell phone surveillance software is key to cyberbully protection.

One such way that thousands of moms and dads are battling bullies is by installing cell phone surveillance software on their kids’ cell phones. They use it to see who is targeting their loved ones on social media. They also check their children’s texts, emails, pictures, and videos. You can too.

If you want to know what the best spy app is for monitoring your child is, do your research and take your time. There are a lot of mobile spy apps out there that promise a lot of things, but don’t deliver. Do yourself a favor and read any and all spyware reviews that you can, then choose the one that fits your needs.
